- Casa México – Typically hosted at the Mexic-Arte Museum, though not always on Rainey Street.

For those of us who attend SXSW year after year, these houses are some of the best parts of the event, providing unique opportunities to connect with people from around the world. Most of these houses have been located on Rainey Street, the heart of SXSW’s cultural exchange.
What About Capital Factory House?
Beyond these cultural houses, another major hub during SXSW is Capital Factory House. This venue is a gathering spot for founders, investors, and industry leaders, featuring panel discussions, networking events, and startup showcases. It runs for five days (March 7–11, 2025) and is one of the top places for tech entrepreneurs looking to connect and grow their businesses during the festival.
