Costa Rica’s Bold Step Towards the Future: The Launch of the National AI Strategy 2024-2027
The Ministry of Science, Innovation, Technology, and Telecommunications (Micitt) officially launched the National Artificial Intelligence Strategy (ENIA) for 2024-2027. This initiative puts Costa Rica at the forefront of Central America, being the first nation in the area to adopt a public policy framework aimed at guiding the ethical and responsible development of artificial intelligence.
